Colinwell Supply £35m University of Ulster Student Accommodation Project

Colinwell are currently supplying Fair Face Paint Grade block to the student accommodation on York Street, Belfast beside the University of Ulster.

Fair Face Paint Grade Blocks are an excellent choice for a project of this nature as they offer a robust long-term performance, which due to its close textured finish, can be painted to give an attractive, smooth, low maintenance finish.

The project itself is one of several new student accommodation buildings in the area that are currently being constructed or proposed for construction. Graham Construction are overseeing this new development, which will add accommodation for over 700 students, two retail areas and parking.

Having begun in April 2019, this project is due for completion in September 2021.
