Starting construction at the end of 2018, Bedford Square is undergoing a refurbishment and extension to the listed Ewarts warehouse building. The development is a proposed 213000ft2 which will entail basement car parking, retail space and sixteen office floors.
Colinwell have been supplying their Fair Face Paint Grade blocks to the project being undertook by McAleer & Rushe. Fair Face Paint Grade blocks are an excellent choice for a project of this nature as they offer a long-term, robust finish to internal areas of the building.
The project itself is scheduled for completion in 2021 and already the financial company Deloitte have selected it as their new head office.
